1/2 Cup Instant Oatmeal
1/3 Cup non-dairy milk (I use soy)
1/3 Can pumpkin
1 tbsp Agave Nector
1 tbsp Flax or Chia Seeds
dash of Ginger, Cinnamon & Nutmeg
Small handful of raisins
*I usually use more then a dash bc I LOVE nutmeg and cinnamon
Mix ingredients well. Place in the fridge overnight in a covered container. Wake-up in the morning, top with raisins and enjoy and ENJOY! I can't get out of bed fast enough for this yummy treat!
